Our design studio offers a fully integrated service across interior design, interior architecture, FF&E, and project management for private clients. We create refined, highly considered homes tailored to the way our clients live, delivering both creative vision and seamless execution from concept to completion.

Private Residences

We manage private residential projects end-to-end, guiding clients from early concept and planning through construction, interiors, and final delivery. Whether a townhouse, listed home, or country estate, our private client team provides a deeply collaborative and meticulously managed process to achieve exceptional results.

We work with private clients across the globe to bring our development and design approach to international residences. Jack Simpson
Founder & CEO:

Jack Simpson is the Founder and CEO of Nomad, leading the strategic, commercial and creative direction of the studio across design, private client work and our own portfolio of projects. With over 15 years’ experience, he has overseen the delivery of an impressive and highly regarded portfolio of residential projects, ranging from contemporary multi-unit schemes to complex heritage restorations and beautifully bespoke private homes.

His work is defined by disciplined design thinking and rigorous execution. Grounded in proportion, materiality and longevity, Jack favours spaces that feel considered rather than contrived, where architecture and interiors operate in quiet harmony, and where practicality is as important as aesthetic intent. A deep appreciation for antiques, art and craftsmanship informs the texture and detail of each project.

Under his leadership, Nomad has grown into a multidisciplinary studio recognised for clarity of vision and precision in delivery, creating homes that are refined, functional and enduring.

Tom is the Commercial Director at Nomad, bringing technical rigour, leadership, and deep construction expertise to the delivery of prime and super-prime residential projects. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 15 years’ experience, he has overseen some of Nomad’s most prestigious developments. Tom leads the commercial and delivery function, ensuring disciplined programming, robust cost control, and operational excellence across the company’s portfolio.

Alicia is an Interior Designer at Nomad, known for her warm, intuitive approach and strong client relationships. With a keen sensitivity to fabrics, finishes, and material layering, she brings a tactile quality to every scheme. Experienced across high-end residential and commercial projects in London and the Middle East, she develops FF&E concepts, finishes schedules, and detailed design packages that translate design intent into refined, buildable outcomes.

With a strong background supporting creative founders, she brings an organised and considered approach to studio management, helping to shape and support the day-to-day running of the design team. Andrew is Nomad’s Consultant Land and Planning Manager with over 20 years’ experience in high-end residential development. He leads site search and acquisition, combining commercial instinct with deep planning expertise to unlock opportunities in competitive markets. Through rigorous appraisal, negotiation and planning strategy, Andrew ensures every site is carefully assessed and positioned from the outset. His understanding of land value, policy and delivery helps optimise projects before, during and after acquisition, laying strong foundations for long-term performance and value.

Lee Gardner is a Senior Site Manager at Nomad and has been with the business since day one. A master builder with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Lee has personally overseen all of Nomad’s major projects with exceptional diligence, care, and attention to detail. Having delivered some of the UK’s most prestigious residential developments throughout his career, Lee leads Nomad’s site teams day-to-day, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and delivery across every project.
