Set deep within the Surrey Hills, in the historic market town of Farnham, Kingsdown is a collection of nine meticulously designed lateral apartments, the result of an 18-month build programme dedicated to craft, proportion, and permanence. Each residence reflects an unwavering commitment to detail, sustainability, and timeless design, embodying a quiet sophistication that defines truly elevated living.

Kingsdown is a study in proportion, texture, and restraint, a dialogue between heritage and modernity.

Every decision, from the choice of brick to the curve of a hallway, was guided by a desire to create something enduring. The façade, built from Baldric Special Reserve brick and hand-finished Portland stone, carries a quiet weight, a reminder of timeless craftsmanship translated for today

Inside, scale and light shape the experience.

Generous ceiling heights invite air to move freely; expansive glazing frames the surrounding landscape, softening the boundary between inside and out.

Each apartment was conceived not as a product, but as a composition, flexible, thoughtful, and deeply human.

The kitchens, with their in-frame joinery and natural stone surfaces, balance functionality with an almost architectural elegance. They’re spaces to cook, gather, and pause.

What endures most at Kingsdown is the intention behind it.

Every element has been touched by hand, by artisans and tradespeople who share our belief that beauty lies in the details you don’t always notice. Together, these quiet gestures form something greater: a home built with purpose, proportion, and soul.
